German Language through Theatre
The Theatre Group “The Storey Players” is back this term to work with two very lucky classes.
The Year 11/12 German class is receiving additional support to revise and practise speaking tasks in preparation for oral exams at the end of the year. Frau Ray's year 9 German class is working in small groups to prepare a mini performance for the end of term.
All students are enjoying the weekly classes and are working hard to improve their German skills.

World Education Program (WEP) Australia
World Education Program (WEP) Australia has been offering life-changing international student exchange programs for over 20 years.
On Saturday 22nd February, we will be holding an Open Day at our Hampton office.
Scholarships for Australian-German Student Exchange (SAGSE)
The Committee of the SAGSE is looking for families of students in Years 10 to 12 interested in hosting an exchange student from Germany for approximately ten weeks from June to August this year. The hosting process is managed by the sister organisation of former scholarship recipients, GASS.
This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting connection with Germany even if the student is not interested in applying for a scholarship themselves. Of course, if you are interested in applying, having hosted a student is an advantage. However, it is not a requirement to have hosted a student.
