Years 9-12 

Payment of 2025 School Charges – Variable Program Fees  

Families of students in Years 9-12 will soon be receiving communication about payment for the 2025 Variable Program (student courses). These courses will be available for payment via Compass from next week. 

We would like to thank families for their contributions and continued payment of the 2025 Common Program school charges including donations to our Thrive Funds.  

The financial support of families is one of the key factors underlying the success and quality of our wide-ranging academic and co-curricular programs. The school is not funded by the Government to provide these programs in addition to the standard curriculum.   

Families can continue to make payment for 2025 school charges, both Common and Variable Program as well as other contributions, including payments supporting the employment of a First Aid Officer, student camps and excursions and donations towards our Thrive Funds.   

How to make payment 

• Families can now login to Compass to view their child’s 2025 charges 
• To make payment click on 'Payment Centre' located on your Dashboard and select the relevant 2025 payment item (eg: Common Program or Variable Program) 
• Review the charges to ensure they are correct and reflect your child’s 2025 learning program 
• Families can make payment of charges in full, one at a time or via a payment plan
