Sam Wins Silver for WA at Volleyball Nationals
Sam Ho was selected to represent WA in U15 boys’ division at the Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (AYBVC) in March 2024 at the Gold Coast and, more recently, at the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships (AYVC) for indoor volleyball in Bendigo in September 2024.
At the AYBVC his team came fourth out of 18 other interstate teams, and was the top WA team. At the AYVC, WA was one of eight state teams. They came top of the table after the pool rounds and won the semifinal against Victoria but, unfortunately, lost in four close sets in the grand final to South Australia and therefore took home the silver medal.
Speedy Success for Rachel
Rachel Tan (Year 7) placed second in her division at the Australian open short track speed skating nationals. She broke two WA state records and four Personal Bests, and is currently the second fastest Australian U18 female! Rachel has a busy few weeks ahead of her, with more speed skating state competitions lined up. Good luck, Rachel!
Mallika Earns Prestigious Secondment with Sydney Dance Company at Brisbane International Dance Prix Finals
Mallika Mai (Year 11) achieved an outstanding milestone by being accepted into the Junior Division of the 2024 Brisbane International Contemporary Dance Prix Finals, which took place during the Term 3 school holidays. In Brisbane she had the chance to reconnect with Brianna from the Australian Dance Theatre, whom she met earlier this year during their All Saints' College residency program.
The highlight of the event was Mallika being awarded a prestigious secondment with the Sydney Dance Company's Pre-Professional Year (PPY) program, a remarkable opportunity granted by renowned choreographer Linda Gamblin. We are incredibly proud of Mallika's dedication and talent, and we look forward to seeing where this exciting opportunity takes her!

In the individual events, Ryan reached the top 16 in the boys’ singles out of 58 players nationwide. Well done on an amazing effort, Ryan!
