Principal's Message
Celebrating Term 3
I want to acknowledge our students, staff and school community for all that you have done to make this term a great success. Our students continue to thrive in their learning and have enjoyed the opportunities to connect with their friends and challenge themselves with their units of inquiry and extra-curricular activities. Our students demonstrated reflection and communication during their student led conferences- two of the International Baccalaureate Learner Profile attributes.
Special thanks to our senior school parents and carers for providing lunch for our staff last week as we acknowledged RuOK Day as part of Wellbeing Week. This was truly appreciated by our staff. We are grateful to you for your support and kindness.
I hope that you have a safe and enjoyable school holiday, and we will see you on Monday 7 October for the start of Term 4.
Year 5 Production- Shrek Junior
I am proud of all Year 5 students for their singing, dancing and acting in this week’s performances of Shrek Jr at Rowville Secondary College. They were outstanding! The audience enjoyed every moment, and I know that this is an experience that the students will always remember.
I extend my sincere thanks to our Performing Arts Teachers, Ms Dimatina and Ms Meggie. They had a clear vision and have worked tirelessly to support every student to perform at their best. Huge thanks to the Year 5 team for their work behind the scenes and to our team of teachers and support staff throughout the school who have helped with choreography, make up, props, truck driving and backstage support.
Important information- picking up children during the school day
There are times when families need to pick up their children from school before the end of the day. Please notify your child’s class teacher when you need to pick up your child early and they will organise for them to meet you at the office.
What do I do if I need to drop off lunch or belongings to my child during the day?
You can leave these at the office so that we can organise for this to be picked up by your child.
These arrangements prioritise student safety and learning.
