Principal's Message

Ms Grace Carlo-Stella

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome to the 2025 School Year

I hope you had a wonderful and restful break with your loved ones spending valuable time together and reconnecting with family. It brings me great joy to welcome you to what promises to be an exciting and fulfilling school year ahead.

Our theme for this year is "Learning and Thriving in 25"—a vision that reflects our commitment to fostering growth, resilience and success in every student. Together, we will create an environment where children not only gain knowledge but also develop the confidence and skills to thrive in all aspects of life.

I am eager to reconnect with each of you and look forward to fostering strong relationships that will support the growth and success of our students. Your involvement plays a vital role in shaping a positive and encouraging learning environment.

We begin this year with great enthusiasm and anticipation for the opportunities ahead. Our dedicated staff has been working diligently to provide a nurturing and dynamic space where your child can flourish—spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally.

I encourage you to stay engaged in your child’s learning journey by attending parent-teacher meetings, school events, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Your participation is essential in building a thriving school community. To stay informed about school updates and events, be sure to check our fortnightly newsletter and Compass alerts which serves as a valuable resource for all things happening at St Margaret Mary’s.

Here’s to a fantastic year of learning and thriving in 25.

Kind Regards,

Grace
