Senior School Photos
Wednesday 5 February
Students in Years 7-12 are required to be in Formal School Uniform including blazer and tie. Students who have PE scheduled on this day are required to wear Formal Uniform to school and should bring their PE uniform to change into when required. Students not wearing the correct Formal Uniform are not able to be included in group photographs. You can view uniform requirements in the Uniform Handbook.
Subject Changes
By Friday morning all Senior School students will have their Semester 1 timetables. We understand that on occasion, student needs and interests may change and this may necessitate a change of subject. For TCE students, subject change requests will be accepted between the 14 to the 21 of February only. For students in Years 9 and 10, changes may be requested from the 14 to the 28 of February. Please be aware that changes may not be possible for reasons including clashes with core classes, subjects not being run or classes being full.
All change requests must be made using the official forms available from the Senior School office and students are required to discuss the change with their teacher, tutor and Senior Staff member as required. Parents are also required to sign the Subject Change Request form before the change is approved. As these generally take a day or two to complete we recommend students start the process earlier rather than later.
Forms can be collected from the Senior School Office.
Contact Kate Baldry if you have any questions.
Music Tuition for 2025
If you would like to register your child for music tuition in 2025, I kindly ask you to complete the Instrumental and Vocal Tuition application form. Tuition arrangements from 2024 do not automatically transfer into 2025. A new registration form will need to be completed.
This is contained at the end of the Music Tuition Guidelines, which may be found here.
The registration process for tuition in 2025 can commence from now, and this will need to be submitted by Friday 7 February. You will be then notified of a lesson time and contacted by your allocated Tutor in mid February.
