The Post Results and ATAR Service (PRAS) is a phone and email enquiry service which can assist with questions about your VCE results and your ATAR. The PRAS is run by the VCAA and VTAC and operates for five days following the release of results.
PRAS is a joint service between the VCAA and VTAC. The operational hours for 2024 are:
7.00am to 5.00pm Thursday 12 December
9.00am to 5.00pm Friday 13 December
10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday 14 December
10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday 15 December
9:00am to 5.00pm Monday 16 December
Phone support: If you would like to speak to someone about your VCE results or ATAR during the operating hours please call the PRAS on (03) 9637 3877 (metropolitan callers), 1800 653 080 (free call).
Email support: You can email the PRAS at pras@education.vic.gov.au. You can email at any time between Thursday 12 December and Monday 16 December 2024 and responses will be provided during the opening hours.

The Defence Work Experience Program provides opportunities for young Australians interested in a career in Defence to gain exposure to the type of work that is available.
Defence is committed to providing a national work experience program designed to:
demonstrate the wide variety of interesting careers available within Defence
ease the transition of students into the workplace
contribute to the development of the skills of young Australians.
Opportunities are available for both secondary and tertiary students and participants must be at least 15 years of age at the time of the placement.
