CANTEEN CORNER – End of year wrap up

Each year in the final newsletter, we like to share some statistics relating to the amount of food sold through the school canteen.

In 2024, our students and staff ate and drank their way through the following approximate quantities:

• 6600 Daily Specials
• 2400 Chicken Burgers
• 2100kg Chicken Wedges – that over 67000 individual wedges
• 6000 Sausage Rolls
• 2400 Garlic Bread Loaves
• 1600 Ham & Cheese Buns
• 3000 Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders
• 400 Spinach & Ricotta Rolls
• 800 Pizzetti (new item)
• 2080 Meat Pies
• 3800 Chocolate Brownies
• 3000 Donuts
• 90 Loaves of Sliced Bread 
• 1400 Wrap Breads
• 600kg Fresh Chicken
• 90kg Lettuce
• 80kg Shredded Cheese
• 3200 Cheese Slices
• Countless litres of Flavoured Milk
• Countless bottles of water and juice
• Countless cans of carbonated drinks
• Plus much more!

We thank you for supporting the canteen this year and wish you a Safe and Happy Christmas and New Year and look forward to seeing everybody returning refreshed in 2025, ready to do it all again.
