PTFA Fundraiser – Bunnings BBQ & Bake Sale Donations Needed!

Our PTFA is gearing up for our Bunnings BBQ and Bake Sale Fundraiser on Saturday 20th September, and we need your help to make it a sizzling success!

We are kindly asking families to donate any of the following items:

• Sausages
• Bread
• Frozen onions
• Cans of soft drink (please no Coca-Cola or Coke Zero)
• Bottled water
• Tomato and BBQ sauce

• Serviettes

   

Every donation - big or small - helps us keep costs down, which means more funds going directly back into resources and opportunities for our students.

If you’re able to contribute, please drop items at the school office by Thursday 18th September.

Volunteers Needed!

We’re looking for volunteers to join us in 2-hour shifts throughout the day:

• 8:00 - 10:00am – setup and cooking
• 10:00am - 12:00pm
• 12:00 - 2:00pm
• 2:00 - 4:00pm

• 4:00 - 5:30pm – pack up (1.5 hours)

   

Whether you’re flipping sausages, helping with the bake sale table, or lending a hand with setup and pack up, your support makes a huge difference. It’s always a fun day with plenty of laughs - and every dollar raised goes directly back to supporting our students.
