NAPLAN results 2025

As you are aware, our students in Years 3 and 5 participated in NAPLAN testing in March this year. We are delighted to share a snapshot of our school’s results.

Our Reading Data for both year levels has shown significant improvement in median scores from 2023 to 2025. Encouragingly, a greater number of students are now achieving within the strong to exceeding range, with fewer requiring additional support compared to previous years.

Writing has been a particular strength. In Year 3, 94% of students achieved results within the strong to exceeding range, with no students requiring additional support. Year 5 results are equally impressive, with 93% of students performing in the strong to exceeding range.

Spelling continues to be an area of excellence for our school. Once again, our students in both year levels performed above the state and national averages.

In Numeracy, results have continued to strengthen, with more than a quarter of students in both Years 3 and 5 now achieving at the exceeding level.

For Grammar and Punctuation, our students continue to make outstanding progress. Both year levels have shown excellent growth, with more students achieving in the exceeding range than in previous years.

Overall, we are extremely proud of our students’ efforts and achievements. These results reflect their hard work, the dedication of our teachers, and the support of our school community.
