Disability Inclusion at Concord School

It is an exciting Term 2 as we work through transitioning more students to Disability Inclusion. This year, all our Foundation (Prep) students will have a Disability Inclusion Profile completed, along with some other students across the school. If your child requires a Disability Inclusion Profile this year, you will be contacted.
