Hello Kids and Families!
The first term has flown by so quickly and it's been keeping me busy cooking and planning every day! We’ve introduced some new items to the menu, and I believe the sushi was the big winner! Lucky for us, Bridget is the fastest sushi roll maker in the universe!
The chicken nuggets and fish and chips were also a big hit! Just a reminder, we don’t have a fryer, so everything is cooked in our magic combi oven. We use Tasmanian Ling and free-range chicken, keeping it both healthy and delicious!
We also made some homemade green tomato chutney and a lot of tomato sauce, following a secret recipe from Bridget's grandmother.
Another favorite were the spring rolls. So many kids asked for the recipe, so here it is: super simple and delicious!

Now you're ready to build your rolls however you like.
Close them properly like a roll, and cook in the hot oven, air fryer, or deep-fry until crispy.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
