Yaluk Defects Period is Ending

Thank you to staff who reminded me of defects they have submitted previously. Some I have included as design faults e.g. balls getting stuck between ventilation tubes and the wall. Last chance this week to advise.

Does anyone know anything about the air-conditioner outside the performing Arts room being turned off at the switch? Has the area been getting too cold or some other problem?

Holiday Cleaning

On the last day of the term please pack up all movable furniture and put on the vinyl so a thorough vacuum of the room can be completed. 

If you have had urine or faeces incident on the carpet and it was not "spot cleaned" at the time, please advise Denise during this week and we will attempt to get the spot cleaned before the holidays.

Heavy bags / bins

As you clean out your cupboards this week check the weight is not too much for Manel the cleaner to lift. There is usually spare bag inside your bin so tie up full bags and start a new one to minimise the weight issue.

Locks & doors around the school

DO NOT use your key to open or close doors. All doors have a handle that you can use to facilitate the opening & closing of doors.
