Study Without Stress Program
Developed by Macquarie University, Study Without Stress (SWoS) is a group program that equips students with both knowledge and practical tips on how to approach and manage the stress associated with the final high school years.
Mazenod School Psychologists, Tayla Chellew, Chorky Cheung and Andrew Steer will facilitate the program for Year 12 students over 9 consecutive Wednesday afternoons (period 5 and 6) during Term 2 (commencing Wednesday the 30th of April and concluding 29th of June).
There is no cost to participate, however, places are strictly limited.
If you and your son are interested, please send an email to Andrew Steer to register your interest (asteer@mazenod.vic.edu.au) and for a consent form.
Further information about the program can be accessed through Macquarie University’s Centre for Emotional Health.
