Another International

Congratulations once again to Year 11 student  Luke Morrisby  (pictured in the previous article) on his national selection to compete at the IFA Darul Ehsan Under 16 World Futsal Championships in Malaysia from 18-24 August.

It is certainly going to be a huge couple of months for Luke as he represents his state in the outdoor version of the game at the National Youth Championships in July, then his country in the indoor version at the World Futsal Championships in August.

Further  – it was noted that Luke travelled to Sydney recently as the reserve keeper for the Glenorchy Knights in its Australia Cup match.   (ref. to story on James Sherman later in the newsletter)
