The students have been busy repotting tomatoes, capsicums and basil, so that they can be planted in the garden next term.
The students harvested spinach, parsley, snow peas, lemons, borage, cabbage and lettuce and made delicious Japanese pancakes, fried cabbage with noodles and bacon. They also made a creative salad. You can find the recipes below.
The chickens are now laying an abundance of eggs and the garden is changing each week with the warmer weather. If you haven't visited the garden lately please take the time to have a look before or after school.
