Foundation Unit

This fortnight the Foundation students have been looking at writer’s craft techniques and how they engage a reader. Students have been looking at rhyming, precise verbs and alliterations in texts. The students have also had a go at writing some sentences of their own using rhyming, precise verbs and alliterations. 

In Maths, students have been working on creating a worded problems for subtraction. They have also explored different ways to solve and record the problem including drawing a diagram and writing a number sentence.
