Delay to the release of the Spring Holiday Program Plan

There will be a slight delay to the release of the Spring Holiday Program Plan, we are waiting to confirm some activities and expect it will be ready to release in the next few days. We will post on Compass as soon as it's ready. All other dates below remain the same.

Upcoming Dates

Bookings open - Monday 26th August 

Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral Errol Street Campus account. If you do not have a Errol street campus Biz - e - Kidz account, you will need to create one.

Bookings Close - Friday 30th August 

Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability. Bookings are limited. Families are encouraged to make bookings before this date to assist Biz - E - Kidz to book excursions and incursions and adequately staff the program.

Places confirmed: week beginning 2nd of September

Deposits due and last day to cancel or make changes: Friday 13th September  

A $10 per child per day deposit is due and  last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee. 

2025 Before and after school care enrolment and booking dates

Friday 15th November: 2025 Before and after school care bookings open

Booking requests can be made online through ‘Smartcentral’ Existing families will receive a re-enrolment link via email to streamline the process. 

PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to submit a booking request before Friday 15th of November

Friday 22nd November: Before and after school care bookings close

Bookings can be made after this date but will not be eligible for the first round of priority of access. Due to holiday season closure,  any bookings made after the 20th of December will be confirmed holiday program opens in January 2025

Week beginning 2nd December:Confirmation 

Enrolments and bookings will be confirmed via Smartcentral email. You will also receive an email invitation to access your Smartcentral account. Please follow the instructions to access this, as it will provide you with sign-in/out PINs. 

It is recommended that you enrol in both campus services, and only make a booking for the programs you require. 

Biz-E-Kidz offers permanent (ongoing, same sessions each week) bookings as well as casual (one-off, ad-hoc) bookings, subject to availability and Priority of Access guidelines.

Permanent booking requests can be made in your enrollment application. 

Information about booking holiday programs including program plans is published via COMPASS in the weeks prior to the school holidays each term.
