RISE Mascots

All classes across our school recently participated in a vote towards naming our four school values mascots. Each class's vote was taken to the Junior School Council where the names were further discussed and then shortlisted. After consultation with the Leadership Team, the final names have now been decided.They are:

Responsible    Ranya

Inclusive       Isaac

Sagacious      Sadie 

Ethical      Ethan 

This week, we will begin to trial values stickers at our Molesworth Street campus. Students can be awarded a sticker by demonstrating one of our four school values in the yard or in their classroom.  

Bullying No Way Week

Last week, NMPS recognised Bullying No Way Week. Our Year 1 students explored similarities and differences in people and groups, and describe ways to include others to make them feel they belong. They then created a fish collage to create a powerful visual statement about how we can be different, but all belong.
