Interschool Debating 

Nine students from Goulburn Public School are competing in this year's NSW Premier's Debating Challenge. Two teams have been formed from these students, JASNAP and the Aura Farmers. Both teams kicked off the competition with an internal debate and were watched by all of Stage 3. The event was a great success, with all students performing remarkably well, especially given it was their first time debating. Both teams proceeded to compete against other schools, including Braidwood, Goulburn South and Marulan in the round-robin phase of the competition. JASNAP have one more debate to come against Goulburn North in Term 3. Victory will see them crowned as zone champions and progress to the next round. We wish them luck.
