Teens Fast Track Program

Designed for teens aged between 14 and 17 who would like to use the Friends Health & Fitness gym casually or as a member.

 

This program teaches teens the fundamental gym principles and etiquette, safe use of cardio and pin-loaded machines, and the correct technique for basic free weight exercises.

 

The program consists of 5 x 30min PT sessions, which can be done at any time during the week over multiple weeks (depending on PT availability).

 

The student must pass a written and practical assessment, when ready, at completion.
