STEAM Programs

Did you know that Geelong Library offers STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths) programs designed to engage young people through hands-on experiences? These programs encourage collaboration, creativity, and the development of essential skills like problem-solving and communication.
STEAM programs and activities are diverse and always evolving and include:
- LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 robotics
- Basic programming
- Digital stories
- OSMO
- Makey Makeys (using everyday objects to take over the functionality of a keyboard)
- Little Bits electronics
- Squishy Circuits (basic electronics)
