Child Safeguarding

MHIPS - MENTAL HEALTH IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Day was a wonderful way to end Term Two. Students enjoyed participating in a variety of activities which included- grounding meditation and mindful colouring, creating vision boards, making Pilgrims of Hope crosses, playing a selection of brass instruments from Marist Brass Band, and participating in fitness games.
Each of the activities was designed to help your child learn how to take care of their bodies, hearts and minds.
Physical Wellbeing
Physical activity promotes many aspects of child and adolescent development, including social and emotional skills, as well as physical development of motor skills.
