We are excited to announce that the 2025 School Council election is underway.  Soon, you will receive a ballot pack to cast your vote.  Your participation in this process is crucial, as it allows you, our parent community, to select representatives who will contribute to the continued success and development of our school.

 

From Tuesday 4th March, each family will be mailed an envelope containing instructions on how to vote, the nominee’s statements, the ballot paper and two blank envelopes.  Please ensure that your completed ballot paper is returned to the main office by 4 pm on Thursday 18 March, either by post or in person.

 

The School Council plays a vital role in overseeing the school’s finances, reviewing, and approving policies, assessing educational performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of activities such as camps and excursions.  Additionally, these council members represent our wider school community, so we encourage you to take the time to read the short statements provided by each nominee.

 

The outcome of the election will be announced on Tuesday 18th March after 4pm and will also be communicated through our school newsletter.  The first council meeting to elect office bearers will be held on Monday 24th March at 5.30pm.
