International Women's Day Breakfast

Last chance to register!

Trinity College invites you to celebrate International Women's Day 2025 by joining the College community for breakfast. The event will celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness for women's economic empowerment, and take action for equity and equality. Attendees will enjoy a light breakfast and insightful presentation from our wonderful guest speaker: Jenny Cole, Founder and CEO of Positively Beaming

In her presentation, Jenny will talk about how the subtle differences between how women and men act and how they are perceived is still a barrier to equality, in their careers, in sport and even in relationships. She will also express the societal requirement for boys, men AND other women to be allies rather than 'enemies', so we can all march forward, together.

  • Date: Friday, 7 March
  • Times: 6.50am - 8.15am
    • 6.50am: Doors open / refreshments
    • 7.10am: Formalities commence
    • 8.15am: Event concludes
  • Venue: Gibney Hall, Trinity College
  • Cost: While this event is free to attend, we respectfully request a gold coin donation on arrival, to be donated to our chosen charity for 2025: Share the Dignity

Our chosen charity for 2025 - Share the Dignity

This year, Trinity College is fundraising for Share the Dignity, an Australian charity working to ensure no one is forced to face the indignity of period poverty when at-risk of or experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, or poverty. Funds raised from our event will help Share the Dignity distribute period products to women, girls, and anyone with a period who needs support.

If you would like to make a financial donation in addition to your gold coin on entry to the event, you can donate through TC's fundraising page using the button below.

'Call Out For Nick: A Family's Loss, A Father's Plea' - An Evening with Daniel Campo

Presented by the TC Parent Council

The death of 18-year-old Nick Campo as a result of a motor vehicle incident shocked the Perth community, when the vehicle he was a passenger in crashed, rolled, and collided with an SUV in July 2024. Five others in the vehicle were also injured.

In the months following this preventable tragedy, Nick's grieving parents, Daniel and Bianca, have campaigned tirelessly to educate young drivers and their parents on road safety, preventing risk-taking behaviour, and encouraging good decision-making when choosing to get behind the wheel.

The Trinity College community will welcome Daniel Campo to this important event, at which he will recount the loss he and his family felt and are still feeling, and his need to share this crucial road safety message to other parents and young adults.

  • Date: Wednesday, 19 March
  • Times:
    • 6.00pm: doors open
    • 6.30pm: formalities commence
    • 8.30pm: event concludes
  • Venue: Sports Centre, Trinity College
  • Cost: $20 per person (excl booking fee)
