Welcome to what we are sure will be another great year for the Brentwood Parents and Friends Association (PFA)! The year promises to be filled with wonderful opportunities for community engagement and support for our school programs.
Annual General Meeting Highlights
We commenced the year with our Annual General Meeting held on the 10th of February. It was a productive session, and we are thrilled to introduce our new office bearers for 2025:
- President: Jase Subramanian
- Vice President: Holly Oakes
- Treasurer: Andrew Robbins
- Co-Secretaries: Jo Prendergast and Fiona Sherri
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the outgoing president, Ed Meszaros, for his leadership and dedication over the inaugural years of the PFA. His efforts have laid a strong foundation for us to continue building upon.
Upcoming Events for 2025
We are excited to announce a series of events planned for this year to raise funds and support various school programs. Keep an eye out, ready to mark your calendars for these fantastic events:
- BBQ’s: Our popular sausage sizzles supporting the Brentwood Music concerts throughout the year will continue.
- Raffles (Terms 2 & 4): Participate in our raffles for a chance to win amazing prizes and raise funds for school programs.
- Trivia Night (Term 2): Join us for an awesome trivia night filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition.
These events not only help raise important funds but also provide wonderful opportunities for parents, friends, and families to come together and celebrate our school community.
Join Us and Get Involved
We warmly invite anyone interested in learning more about the Parents and Friends Association to attend one of our monthly meetings. These gatherings are a great way to discover what we are all about, meet other parents, and find out how you can contribute. Whether you can offer a lot of time or just a little, every bit of help is welcome, and your involvement will be greatly appreciated.
Being part of the PFA is a fantastic way to get involved in the school community and make meaningful connections. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting (@7pm on Monday 31st of March in the Administration Building – enter via Reception) and working together towards another successful year.
