Sustainability

We are excited to announce that this Friday at the working bee, we will be rejuvenating the Kitchen Garden! We need the assistance of parents to help with painting the fence, ensuring all pickets are sanded, attached, and looking fresh and bright. Once the fence is ready, our buddies will design and draw their own unique artwork on it—creating beautiful masterpieces that we can all enjoy.
We look forward to seeing everyone getting involved and witnessing the creativity that will come to life in our Kitchen Garden! Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Let’s keep working together towards a greener, more vibrant community!
This Sunday, March 3, is Clean Up Australia Day, and it would be fantastic to see the Solway Community come together to help clean up our neighbourhood. It is a great opportunity to make a difference and showcase our shared commitment to keeping our local environment clean and healthy. The Green Team will also be participating in a clean up on Monday, heading to Gardiners Creek Trail to pick up any remaining rubbish. Notices have been distributed to Green Team members and should be returned to either Rebecca Smith or Brooke Danaher. It’s wonderful to see the team acting in our local environment and ensuring that our beautiful spaces are well-maintained for everyone to enjoy.
