School Council Election Reminder

All government schools in Victoria have a School Council which is able to directly influence the quality of education that the school provides.  Our School Council meet twice per term between 6:00pm and 8:30pm.  Council members have key responsibilities in setting and monitoring the school’s direction for school finance, strategic planning, policy development and review, community engagement and play a part in representing the views of the school community. 

Our School Council is calling for nominations for 6 parent members and 1 community member.  Nomination forms are available at the school office.  Nominations must be lodged by 4:00pm on Thursday 22nd February.
