Welcome to 2024!
At Rolling Hills, students participate in Physical Education classes for one hour per week, for the whole year. Students are encouraged to wear runners on their PE day and make sure they have a drink bottle and hat to bring with them. If your child has any injuries that impact on their participation in PE, please send me a message through Compass.
We have started the year full steam ahead, getting straight into learning and practising events for our upcoming Athletics Carnival. All students from Prep – 6 will participate in this day. They will rotate around different events, earning points for their Houses. Students are encouraged to dress up their house colours.
Interschool Sport is an exciting part of being in Grade 5&6. Our students love competing in different sports against other schools throughout the year.
In Term 1, students will participate in one of the following sports: volleyball, tennis, softball or cricket. Students had their first training session with their teams this week.
Term 2: Winter Sports – AFL, netball, soccer, t-ball
Term 3: Hoop Time – basketball
