School Photo Day

Wednesday 21st February 2024

Order envelopes from MSP Photography have been sent home. All students will need their own envelope on photo day (whether your family orders photos or not).

Family envelopes are available from the Front Office on request.

We encourage orders to be made online. Please follow the instructions on the envelope.

Please remember to set up or update Qkr!

The School and Campus use the Qkr! app for many payments including Canteen orders, P&F payments etc. If you have not already done so, please follow these instructions to install the app on your phone. Existing parents will need to update their child's class in the app to enable efficient ordering this year.

Sentral Parent Portal

Please check that you are able to sign in to the Sentral Parent Portal and if possible install the Sentral for Parents app on your device. This will be a key form of communication between the school and our families. You can advise about absences, contact staff, view your child's academic reports and be informed of First Aid Room visits.

2024 Permissions

Thank you to those families that have completed the 2024 Permission Form. If you are still to complete this form, could you please do this as a matter of priority. We are asking all families to please complete their preferences for communications from the school, emergency contact details and permissions for the year via a Google Form. Please click on the link below to complete details for your family.

First Aid Room Linen Helpers

The First Aid Room linen needs to be washed once a week, and we are looking for some extra volunteers to please collect the linen, wash it and return it to school. If we have 10 volunteers, you would only need to do this once per term. Please email the school on pilgrim@pilgrim.sa.edu.au or phone 8270 3033 to offer your help.

School Shoes

Often families buy new school shoes at the beginning of the school year. This is a good time to remind families about the requirements for school shoes that meet the current Uniform policy. Please only purchase shoes that meet our policy. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us.

  • Black lace-up shoes.
  • Foundation to Year 2 students can wear black school shoes with velcro or Mary Janes.
