Emergency Contacts

Please ensure that you have updated Emergency Contacts with the school. This is extremely important if there is an emergency and we are unable to contact the child's Parent/Guardian. It also assists in knowing who is able to pick up students early from school.

Change of Details

If you have any change of details such as family living arrangements, phone numbers, address etc. Please send an email to the school informing us of the new details. This assists us in having the most up to date and accurate information for all students.

Custody Documentation

Please ensure the school office is provided with copies of any current Court documentation, including parent plans and intervention orders relating to your child(ren).

If court documents, already on your child's file, are revoked, or cancelled, please inform the school via email. (berwick.chase.ps@education.vic.gov.au)
