New Player Orientation
For those who are new to the sport, we have a special orientation session planned to help you get familiar with the basics of the game, rules, and the spirit of camaraderie that defines Mazenod Hockey Club. Curious about how the pros do it? Our open practice provides a chance for all members to observe and learn from our 11/12s coach, Mal Kleinman. Feel free to ask questions, participate and soak in the knowledge that our experienced coaches bring to the field. Look out for announcements regarding these informative sessions.
Club Day Season Kick-off Event
Get ready to pick up your sticks and mark your calendars because our Club Day is just around the corner! Join us on [Date to be announced] at the Southern River Hockey Turf for a day filled with fun, camaraderie and a sneak peek into the thrilling plans we have in store for the upcoming season.

Enjoy a day filled with exciting activities, from friendly competitions to hockey-themed games and delicious snags and cool drinks for everyone.
Exhibition Match
Witness the action firsthand as our talented 11/12s take on the Mazza Old Boys team in an exhibition match that promises to be a display of skill, sportsmanship and friendly rivalry. It's a clash you won't want to miss!
So, save the date, spread the word, and come ready for an unforgettable day of hockey festivities. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, a fan, or a supporter, Club Day is your chance to be part of the excitement and kick off the season with a bang!

Training
Training will commence in the latter half of Term 1 then throughout Terms 2 and 3. Training is held at the Southern River Hockey turf.
The Hockey WA Competition is during Term 2 and Term 3.
Year group fixtures are as follows:
7/8 Saturday mornings
9/10 Sunday mornings
11/12 Friday evenings
As a growing club, we continuously strive to improve our boys playing experience. Our Committee strongly encourages new and existing members to help out and move this great club forward.
