Science Week

Last week, we had an incredible Science Week that was a celebration of exploration and learning. Students enjoyed engaging in a range of hands-on experiments that sparked curiosity for scientific discovery including making their own eruptions, creating rainclouds in a jar and using skittles to form a rainbow.  

We were also lucky enough to have a planetarium dome come to our school where our students were able to explore the universe in an immersive environment. Finally, we finished the week with a dress up and colouring competition where our students demonstrated their creativity.  

The week provided students with a way to explore scientific concepts in a fun and engaging way and also aimed to promote curiosity and a love of science.
