Connected Schools Worship Service
It was a privilege to be part of my first Connected Schools Worship Service. Connected Schools is a Christ-centered community of K-12 Lutheran Schools.
Our commitment to partner, dream and passionately engage across our sites of learning in support of students and families is based on evidence that schools are capable of much more working together than they could ever imagine or achieve individually.
It’s a rare occurrence to witness genuine collaboration across school sites for the benefit of all learners. For collaboration to be effective, it requires a commitment to shared ideals and ‘big picture’ thinking.
Connected Schools value and understand inter-dependence to be as important as independence.
In classrooms around the world, creativity, connectivity, and collaboration are reshaping student learning.
In 1st Corinthians Chapter 12 verses 12 to 14 it says “There is one body, but it has many parts. But all its many parts make up one body. It is the same with Christ. We are one by the Holy Spirit. And so, we are formed into one body. So the body is not made up of just one part. It has many parts”.
This bible verse teaches us that we are all valuable. It reminds us of the importance of unity and diversity within our community. Every part is important, every person is needed, and everyone is valued in the kingdom of heaven. Just like different flowers make up a beautiful bouquet, when we come together as a community, we are even stronger and can achieve great things.

Uniform Student Survey
As part of our continued approach to school improvement we are continuously looking for feedback. The following is a message from one of our students, which will provide the College with some valuable feedback.
“Hi parents! My name is Miles, and I am a Year 11 student at Endeavour College. In Year 11 all students undergo a subject called ‘Research Project’. Students pick a topic of interest to them and devise a question they want to answer.
We learn how to effectively use the resources we are provided with to research and document our findings, all amounting into one major outcome.
I’ve decided to take a critical lens to the question, “How effective are school uniforms, and what changes can we make to them?”.
I’ve set my sights on Endeavour’s uniform with a keen focus on our white school shirts. I want to explore how their appearance benefits students and teachers; how comfortable they are and specifically what can be done to improve them.
Your opinion as a parent will play a vital role in what changes may or may not be made to the school shirts."
The survey will take less than one minute, please click here to complete.
