VOCABULARY

Record: write down

Materials: things you can use to make something

Product: a thing you will make, eg. a house, they build and put things together, to create the product of a house.

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Work with your child to solve this problem: It is a wet day outside and all of your toys have disappeared. Using one sheet of paper, create someone to play with for an hour. Record all the steps you take to make a toy out of paper.
