On Monday, we embark on a journey through the pages of literature, where imagination knows no bounds. Our students have eagerly embraced the opportunity to bring their favourite characters to life, celebrating the magic of books that transport us to different worlds, times, and perspectives. Each costume on display represents more than just fabric and accessories; they embody the essence of storytelling and the power of the written word. As we witnessed the colourful array of characters from classic novels, fantasy realms, and adventurous tales, let us be reminded of the importance of reading in expanding our horizons and fostering creativity. In a world filled with screens and devices, this parade stands as a testament to the enduring influence of books. They ignite the flames of curiosity, encourage empathy, and inspire us to dream beyond our realities. Our students have taken the initiative to not only celebrate their literary heroes but also to inspire their peers to dive into the captivating narratives waiting to be explored. This year each class also designed a front cover which represents the class, which have been displayed in the Library. I want to extend my gratitude to our dedicated teachers or should I say dalmatian puppies, supportive parents, and, most importantly, our enthusiastic students who have put their hearts and minds into this parade. May this event encourage everyone to pick up a book, turn its pages, and embark on their own literary adventures.

Thank you.
