Student Voice

Miss Carly Epskamp

This week we have spoken with the Level One and Two students. We have collected their comments about the School Wide Positive Behaviour approach which involves students being respectful and being awarded a blue band whilst playing outside in the yard.

Here are the responses that we gathered:

Sammie S 1L – Miss Larsen gave me a blue wristband because I was using good manners and apologised without being asked to.

Ariela P 1G - I showed respect when I played with my friends because we agreed upon the rules and listened to each other.

Violet M 1G - My friend and I asked a little girl who was on her own if she would like to play with us.

Nick S 1G - I was being safe and showing respect by playing in the right areas and not the garden.
