Year 6 Boys Regional Hooptime Basketball Finals

On Monday the 10th November the Year 6 Boys Hooptime Basketball team travelled to Diamond Valley Stadium to compete in the Regional Finals. The boys were competing against the top 16 teams in the entire northwest region of Victoria. It was a fantastic achievement for the team to represent Greenvale Primary at the regional finals, after winning the Grand Final at a district level back in August. 

On the day, the team played 3 ‘pool’ games showing tremendous courage, resilience and sportsmanship. After 2 wins, they qualified for the quarter finals, where unfortunately they were met by a tough opposition. Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with incredible basketball talent, school pride and fun!
