Principal's Report 

 We, at Miners Rest Primary School, would like to acknowledge the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation.

We pay our respects and thank the Wadawurrung people. May we share your land. We promise to look after it, as well as the animals and people too.

2026 iPad Information

Do you have a child starting in Year Three next year? Next year will be the final year that your child will be encouraged to bring their own device from home to support learning at school. The specifications for the device to be used at school is as follows:

iPad 9th, 10th or 11th Gen with at least 64GB and Wi-Fi.

If you have any further questions or need further information, please contact the administration team via email or phone call and your query will be directed accordingly.

Road Safety

The roads surrounding our school become quite congested during pick-up and drop-off times, with pedestrians and cars. We ask that our families be mindful of where they are parking and how they are supporting our students to manage safely, using the roads to and from school. Thank you.

SpringFest

A big thank you to all our families and wider school community for supporting us to fulfil our responsibilities at the 2025 SpringFest Market. Fulfilling our obligations as a beneficiary of the major Rotary event means that we will receive a significant sum of money to support school projects. We thank all our supporters.
