2025 FORPS Springtime Fair

Only two days to go until the fair and the activity around the school is ramping up significantly! The most heartfelt, thanks to all the parents who have donated goods, time, logistics, and everything else. The Fair committee are extremely grateful for everything. Everybody has contributed so far.
Sign up zone is open until tomorrow morning for all those last-minute volunteer spots. Please pop your name down if you are able to.

The silent auction is absolutely epic. New donations are coming in every day and we are adding new items onto the site all the time. Please check frequently and bid on what interests you.

A special shout out to the North East Link community fund. We are painting a mural on fair day to celebrate Rosanna Primary‘s 85th birthday. Please make sure you find this stall to add yours and your child’s hand print to the artwork. It will be located up near Chandler Hall.
There are so many amazing things that parents have contributed to making the Fair the best one yet. One thing I wanted to specifically mention is a colouring book that has been created by the 5/6 students and put together by one of our very talented parents. It will be sold for $10 at the Plant and Craft stall, so make sure you find it and purchase a copy.
Looking forward to having an amazing day on Saturday. I hope to see many of you there.
Donation Update
Thanks to all of those who dropped things off so far. The prep breakout space is bursting at the seems!
This week the coordinators are collecting food. We mainly need chocolate for the Chocolate trailer, long life soy milk for the Devonshire tea, and strawberry jam.
The coordinators will be in the Prep break out space on Thursday afternoon (3-3:45) to receive these goods. (Same place as the book fair).
If you are not available at these times, then you can drop to the office at any time.
We will also need fresh milk and cream, which can also be dropped off from tomorrow. Please give this directly to the office staff.
You should have received a flyer with info on scones and cakes. If not, Ally has spare copies.
The cake stall will be ready to receive baked goods on Friday afternoon any time after 2:30 or Saturday any time. Please take these straight to the staff room.
Scones need to be freshly baked on Saturday morning. Please take them directly to Chandler Hall.
