Mental Health and Wellbeing
At our school, we place a strong focus on supporting students’ mental health and wellbeing. We teach children that talking about how they feel is a normal and healthy part of everyday life. By having open conversations about emotions and teaching simple strategies for coping with challenges, we help reduce the stigma that can sometimes be associated with mental health.
Students learn that everyone experiences a range of feelings and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Together with families, we aim to create a supportive environment where every child feels safe, understood and ready to learn.
