Year 3/4 News 

WRITING

Our Grade 3/4s have been eagerly writing their Information Reports about a chosen Australian animal, and now they are fully published! The students should be so proud of themselves for showing such dedication and enthusiasm throughout this writing unit. 

To celebrate their FANTASTIC writing, we have invited the Grade 1/2s to visit us in the BER to share our information reports. The Grade 1/2s have also published their own information report last term, which they are excited to share with the older students! 

MATHS

Over the past few weeks, our students have continued building on the number skills they’ve been developing throughout the year. It’s been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they solve vertical addition and subtraction equations using 2, 3 and 4 digit numbers and beyond. They are now proudly using carrying and borrowing strategies, showing just how far they’ve come!
