Weekly Overview
We've been everywhere!
Students in the primary space were taken on an adventure during Week 7. They had excursions that gave them experiences like no other! Thank you to the teachers, parents/family members who ensured their safety and maximum enjoyment levels during the time they were away.

The end of the year is in sight. Students in infants are busily preparing for the Christmas concert. There will be a dancing fever amongst our students for the next two weeks.
As we enter into the last few weeks of school, it is important to realise the journey on which all things begin. I would encourage you to have a conversation with your child not only about their day but what skills have they learnt throughout the year, how they have faced challenges and finally what goals they achieved this year. I hope you can see the positive changes that we see each day and know that the journey of learning new stops.
Your Life is a reflection of your thoughts. Change the way you think to aspire to be more and life will continue to surprise you!
Newcastle Mathematics Competition
Earlier this semester our Year 5 and 6 competed in the Newcastle Primary Schools Mathematics competition. This tests their ability to recall and practice what they have learned thus far through the year. It incorporates abstract questioning and the ability to use numerical skills to solve complicated word problems.
The following students have been recognised as obtaining a high result and are to be commended on their achievements as do all students that undertook this competition.
