Mindful Movement

In Mindful Movement this term, students have been exploring sensations in their body through active movement, gentle movement and resting states. 

They have been testing their resilience and perseverance through skipping and reflecting on the kind of emotions that this kind of activity brings up. 

 

They have also been exploring line, shape and points of contact through dance and games. 

Students have continued to explore meditation and relaxation by tuning into breath.
