Book your Thanksgiving Tickets by 1 December

Tickets for our Thanksgiving Evening on Monday 11 December at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre are now open for bookings. Please make sure you secure your tickets by Friday 1 December.

While some awards are given on the night, the main focus of the evening is to recognise and celebrate everyone’s hard work and to give thanks to God for what He has helped us to achieve throughout the year. Because of this, we would encourage ALL families to attend this special event.

The evening STARTS at 6.30pm. However, families need to arrive no later than 6.15pm, as we need to start promptly.

This year, students will be seated with their parents/carers unless they are receiving an award or participating in the program and there will be no allocated seating. However, we will allocate special seating for award winners and performers. Families of award winners will also have special reserved seating. All families should secure a ticket by Friday 1 December so we know who is coming (including award winners).

Due to limited seating, we are ONLY able to offer tickets for NCS students, their parents/carers (i.e. two adults/split families up to four adults) and their siblings (please note the venue is not suitable for prams). We will open the event to extended family after the initial ticket deadline of 1 December 2023 pending availability.

ALL students are required to wear a neat, clean FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM. Award winners will be unable to receive their award on stage if they are not in full and correct uniform, including meeting jewellery and other appearance policy requirements.

Arrangements for students in the Band/Primary & Secondary Choirs/The Little Mermaid Cast/Award winners and other performers will be advised via email. You do not need to wait for this email to secure your tickets now.

Kindy are on the hunt, can you help them?

Our Kindy students have been engrossed in learning about Farms, this term. One of their favourite learning through play activities has been using Woolworth Farm Bricks to design and build their own farms. They are quite amazing!

We are on the hunt to add to our collection. If you have any hiding away at home which are no longer wanted, Kindy would be delighted to receive them.

Ignite Generosity This Christmas @ NCS

In a world where kindness can be the greatest gift, let's join hands to make this Christmas brighter for those in our community who are facing challenges. This festive season, NCS invites you to be a beacon of hope by participating in our special food drive!

Recognising the pressing needs of our community, we've chosen to partner with SALT Ministries for this year's food collection.

Get ready for a fortnight of giving that will make a lasting impact! From the Monday of Week 8, 27 November, through the end of Week 9, both the Primary and Secondary of NCS will be fervently collecting non-perishable food items. Let's turn these two weeks into a celebration of generosity and compassion!

As we wrap up another school year, let's teach our children the true essence of giving. Encourage them to bring not just food but also the spirit of generosity. Each donation is a gift that sends a powerful message: "You are not alone; our community cares."
