I Want a Green Turtle For Christmas (I Want A Hippopotamus tune)
I want a green turtle for Christmas
Only a green turtle will do
I don’t want a mermaid
I don’t want a dog
I just want a turtle to swim with and play!
-Harriet, Zakia, Elsie and Maisie
Rudolph the Red Nosed Turtle
Rudolph the Red Nosed Turtle
Had a very shiny shell
And if you ever touched it
You would get one as well
All of the other turtles
Used to call him silly names
They used to call him Mr Turtle, Pinnochio and Whiteboard
But he loved Piglet the best

Student Voice
Students in Foundation have loved making puppets and performing puppet shows. This week in Reading we explored making and forming our own opinions of different texts. FK suggested making puppets of their favourite characters, so we added it into our rotations. Check out some of our incredible puppets.
