Selamat Siang, 

We've had a fun week in the Inquiry Centre! Our students have been writing biographies and autobiographies. It's been great to see our students researching, planning and writing biographies about their favourite singers, athletes, YouTubers and friends! We've also been creating blurbs for some of our favourite stories to practise our summarising skills. It was wonderful to visit the ICE showcase last Friday and we are looking forward to spending Friday afternoon with our buddies!

Reminders

• Students all need to be wearing hats throughout Term 4. Please ensure your child has a named hat with them at school.
• Christmas Concert - Wednesday Dec 6th
• Please pack extra snacks/lunch in your child's lunchbox to ensure they have enough food for the whole day.

1/2H: Emma V - For creating an interesting and detailed autobiography. Excellent work Emma!

1/2J:Pil Y-R - For demonstrating creativity when coming up with a new page for Possum Magic. You used alliteration to make your foods and locations super interesting!

1/2KD: Nolan T- For your excellent autobiography about Cristiano Ronaldo. You added extra detail and remembered to put full stops in the right places. Well done!

1/2M: Claire G - For demonstrating a love of learning when planning your autobiography. You included lots of details and facts about your interests.  

1/2SM:  Phoebe R - For displaying a love of learning and creativity when working on tasks. It's wonderful to see you use your imagination and clever skills particularly when drawing. Great job!
