Academic Success in 2023

Mr Simon Vaughan, Deputy Principal

As we approach the conclusion of a remarkable academic year, it's time to reflect on the incredible journey of learning and achievements that our students have experienced. At St Stephen's, we are immensely proud of the commitment our students have shown throughout the year and the remarkable strides they've made in their academic pursuits.

This year has been a testament to the unwavering dedication of our students, teachers, and the entire St Stephen's community. The commitment to learning, both inside and outside the classroom, has paved the way for numerous accomplishments and personal growth.

Most importantly I would like to recognise the achievements of our Year 12 class of 2023. Recently finishing the external assessment period, they embark on the next chapter of their life, either vocationally or through further study.  Students and parents should be advised that ATAR scores, subject results and certification outcomes will all be available on Friday 15th December.  It is vitally important that students have registered (using their personal email) with QCAA through the MyQCE student portal and also QTAC if eligible to receive their ATAR.

Reports will be available later next week via the Parent Portal.  Communication from the college will be sent to parents when these are ready for viewing. Should you have difficulties accessing student reports for Semester 2, please contact the school.  Year 12 students do not receive a report card in Semester 2, their results are accessed through the MyQCE student portal.

Personally, I would like to take a moment to applaud the collective achievements of our St Stephen's students and look forward to even greater successes in 2024.

Have a safe and joyous festive break.

Regards,

Simon Vaughan
