National Integrated Summer School Camp

We are delighted to announce that Emily Krummel, Year 10 student at St Stephen's Catholic College, has been chosen as one of the 30 exceptional First Nation students from across Australia to be selected in the highly anticipated National Integrated Summer School (NISS) Camp, scheduled to take place in Canberra this year.

Emily will embark on this journey to Canberra at the start of the December school holidays, where she will partake in a week-long program filled with enriching and immersive learning experiences. These selected students will actively participate in a variety of hands-on activities covering different academic disciplines, all of which align with the primary theme of the program.

This transformative experience will be guided by expert academic staff, along with the invaluable support of current Indigenous students and dedicated staff members who will serve as mentors throughout the fun-filled program. NISS guarantees not only rewarding experiences within the campus but also beyond, as students embark on a truly incredible journey.
