Gingerbread Houses
Mrs Bernardi's Year 10 Food Tech classes recently explored the challenges of constructing gingerbread houses, just in time for Christmas. The students used icing sugar to secure the wall and roof panels before decorating the houses in a variety of styles. The creativity and talent on display were amazing!
